R.E. Bob Jorgensen has served as President of Monarch, since December 2003. He spent the first twenty years of his career in the financial planning and retail stock brokerage industry, retiring in 1992 to pursue capital formation for small to medium-cap companies in the public and private sector. He has served as both an officer and board member of several companies both private and public, and has been instrumental in raising significant capital for the various enterprises with which he has been involved. He is Managing General Partner of Bulldog Energy Partners LLC, formed to invest in individual oil and gas working interest's He was a co-founder of Royal Silver Mines, now Aurora Oil and Gas (AOG AMEX) an oil and gas company. He was an original board member of White Mountain Titanium Inc. (Pink Sheets: WMTM), a company with a titanium oxide resource in Region 3, Chile. From January 1999 through February 2000 he consulted with DigiDeal Corporation, a digital gaming company, as vice-president of finance. From September 2000 through January 2001 he was employed by Purcell Systems and provided investor relations for this firm. Mr. Jorgensen spends primarily all of his time with Monarch in his capacity as CEO and Member of the Board. Mr. Jorgensen graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Idaho in 1975.

Mr. Woy is a Director and Chairman of the Board of Monarch Gulf Exploration, Inc. Mr. Woy has been around the oil and gas business most of his adult life. He has been an investor in the oil and gas industry for over 40 years. Mr. Woy was a co founder of Bullit Drilling Company, an independent oil and gas exploration company, located in Graham, Texas. His responsibilities included corporate business development, marketing and intensive investor relations, and he was involved in the management of the oil and gas program evaluation, overseeing the drilling, testing and completion processes. Bullit Drilling operated several successfully completed wells and Mr. Woy was deeply involved throughout that process. Mr. Woy gained great knowledge and experience in drilling, logging, testing, completion and work-over issues. He has a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in executive as well as field operations. Mr. Woy is schooled in the financial arena in disciplines as they relate to the return of investment and the overall matter of investor relations.

His expertise in contract negotiations is a valuable asset in Monarch's acquisition of different oil and gas opportunities. A complement to his oil and gas knowledge, Mr. Woy has a wealth of business experience. He has advised some very high profile people, including professional golfer Julius Boros and Lamar Hunt of the world renowned Hunt oil family. He served Mr. Hunt as a business advisor in assisting Mr. Hunt in the early promotion and development of professional tennis, in which Mr. Hunt was a pioneering figure. Mr. Woy’s encompassing business acumen combined with his oil industry knowledge is invaluable to the development and continued success of Monarch.

Ray Henningsen has been investing in oil and gas for many years and he has a comprehensive background in many facets of the oil and gas business. He founded Casa Blanca Ventures, LLC, a privately owned Oil and Gas investment company which has invested in numerous oil and gas prospects. He has a solid understanding of the financial dynamics and what it takes to be successful in the oil and gas exploration arena. Mr. Henningsen also brings significant business acumen and experience to the board of Monarch. He has founded and operated several integrated real estate companies, and is the owner of numerous domestic and international real estate properties located through out the world. He also owns and farms an extensive number of agricultural properties in central California. He brings a competitive win spirit to Monarch as he was a three time All American baseball player for the University of Santa Clara and was the 1st pick in the professional baseball draft of the Boston Red Sox in 1967. His many business attributes will be of great value to the future growth of Monarch Gulf Exploration.
